September 25, 2026 Everion Pharmaceuticals LLC today announced the appointment of Alina Khomenko as Chief Operating Officer, strengthening the company’s executive leadership as Everion continues its international expansion across the global peptide and wellness markets.
With operations and business relationships spanning 13 countries, a growing presence in Ukraine and expansion into South America, Everion is building the infrastructure to support its next phase of international growth.
A Global Executive for a Global Company
Born in Ukraine and educated in Kyiv, Khomenko graduated with honors following extensive studies in politics and diplomacy. Her diplomatic education and understanding of international relations were major factors in Everion Founder, Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer Samier Tadros’ decision to appoint her to one of the company’s highest executive positions.
Khomenko was raised in a family distinguished by law, leadership and public service. Her father served as a Chief Prosecutor in Odesa, Ukraine, holding a position of significant responsibility within the legal system. Her mother is a highly accomplished attorney, building her own distinguished career in the legal profession.
Growing up surrounded by two accomplished legal professionals gave Khomenko early exposure to discipline, preparation, sound judgment, communication and responsibility. That foundation became particularly significant as she pursued her studies in politics and diplomacy and developed the international perspective she now brings to Everion.
Khomenko also brings international hospitality and operational leadership experience from the global cruise industry, where she worked in demanding multicultural environments and gained experience serving guests and coordinating operations involving people from around the world.
She speaks eight languages — Ukrainian, Russian, English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese — providing an important advantage as Everion develops relationships across multiple international markets.
Her international background extends beyond business. Khomenko has also pursued aviation and flight training in Bucharest, Romania, further demonstrating the discipline, ambition and willingness to master complex environments that Everion believes will benefit her executive leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer, Khomenko will work directly with Tadros on international operations, strategic expansion, business development and coordination of Everion’s growing global footprint.
Expanding Everion’s Global Peptide Presence
Everion Pharmaceuticals continues to expand its position within the international peptide market, operating across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer channels.
The company’s strategy includes manufacturing and supplying peptide products to pharmacies and business partners, working directly with wellness centers, developing relationships with cosmetic and aesthetic centers, and establishing additional international distribution partnerships.
Everion is also expanding into South America while continuing to develop its presence throughout Europe and Ukraine.
